Current Operations
Our innovations allow us to efficiently and effectively produce over 6,000 acres of high-quality chipping and russet potatoes and commercial corn in southern Michigan and northern Indiana. Our two primary locations have the capacity to store over 60 million pounds of potatoes. We also have the capacity to dry and store over 500,000 bushels of corn.
After farming in Southwestern Michigan for the last several years we wanted to expand and deepen our roots in the area. In May of 2010, we purchased property in Howe, IN to advance our ability to work closely and efficiently with area farmers.
Upon harvest, our potatoes are destined for chip processors and packaging facilities and ultimately, to tables across the country.
