Grow to Give Program to Distribute 1.6 Million Pounds of Potatoes

If you would like to provide financial support, Hope and Encouragement for Humanity, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization will administer the funds and in-kind contributions and will acknowledge your participation. |
In its first year, the Grow To Give program will |
- Produce 1.6 million pounds of potatoes
- Use 40 acres of land near Sturgis Michigan, provided by Oak Prairie Farms
- Provide 4 million servings of nutritious potatoes
- Work with Hope and Encouragement for Humanity of Blissfield, Michigan
- Distribute potatoes to food pantries throughout the mid-section of the U.S.
- Donate 100% of the produce grown

Bountiful Harvest
We completed harvest on the Grow to Give field on October 25. The field took three days to harvest and was recorded as one of Lennard Ag’s greatest yielding fields this season. We are eager to begin distributing these potatoes! If you are a member of a group or organization that could benefit from the donation of these potatoes, especially with the holiday season approaching, please contact us at our Howe facility at 260-562-3900.
