CDL Truck Driver

This role is responsible for ensuring timely and complete delivery of orders or overseeing the quality and efficiency of delivery drivers and operations.

Summary of Duties:
•Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed log of working hours, mileage, and any incidents that occur in compliance with state and federal regulations, interacting with customers in a professional manner.
•Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre- and post- trip vehicle inspection reports. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues in a timely manner.
•Compliance: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, maximum miles driven, etc. Obeying and following applicable traffic laws, complying with ICC and DOT Regulations.

Overview of Position: Truck mechanics repair various types of trucks and diagnose issues to implement the proper solutions.

Summary of Duties:   
Schedule, Conduct, and Perform all preventative maintenance/repair services (PM services) to ensure the equipment operates safely.
Conduct DOT Inspections, Suspension Repair and Replacement, Electrical Trouble Shooting, Heating and AC Unit Repair
Monitor tire wear and pressure continuously throughout the fleet daily
Operating forklifts, power and hand moving equipment
Changing and rotating of tires

Overview of Position: The purpose of this position is to direct all operational duties on a farm, including leading and directing employees, working alongside direct reports, process evaluation and improvement, problem resolution, ensuring quality and a safe work environment. The incumbent will have a hands-on role leading the field teams during planting, growing, and harvesting periods. During off seasons, the incumbent will prepare for the upcoming labor season, as well as work on equipment. Your team will consist of local employees and H2A employees during the growing season and this group will be larger during planting and harvesting seasons.

Summary of Duties:   
Oversee the daily operations of the farm, focused primarily on the Russet Variety of the potato crop
Oversee planting, growing, harvesting, and shipping of the russet variety

Lead Diesel Mechanic

Overview of Position: Lead Diesel Mechanics are responsible for anything from routine maintenance work to specialized repairs. Mechanics are required to perform a range of duties and responsibilities that can differ from day to day depending on the jobs that they are assigned to. Their job is to work closely and lead other mechanics to complete repair jobs in a timely and efficient manner.

Summary of Duties:   
Perform preventative maintenance repairs and part replacements on forklifts, pickups, semis, trailers, and farm tractors
Responsible for 36 semis, 20 container trailers, 19 belt trailers, and 25 SUV/pickups
Scope of service: oil changes, greasing, clutches, u-joints, brakes, tires, 90-day inspections, DOT inspections, engines, transmissions, suspensions, etc.
Conduct fuel and electrical diagnostics
Maintain maintenance records, DOT paperwork, oil change schedule, and purchase orders
Develop and maintain a part number list by equipment
Order and monitor parts
Maintain and organize parts inventory
Maintain clean appearance of fleet

Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery and vehicles, such as

Reassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operation
and making adjustments, as necessary.
